Roles and Responsibilities:

Create detailed logs to document testing phases and identify defects.

Report bugs and issues to the development team.

Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality across the SDLC.

Write and analyze test reports.

Produce a Test Summary Report upon meeting exit criteria.

Recommend program improvements or corrections to developers.

Attend regular QA and project management meetings.
-
Develop utility programs for tracking and verifying software defects.

Perform both automation and manual testing.
Required Technical & Professional Expertise:
-
3–5 years of hands-on experience in software testing, including test case creation and defect management using tools like JIRA and Zephyr – Mandatory

Strong expertise in ETL processes and Oracle PL/SQL – Mandatory

In-depth Bank Ledger Domain knowledge and experience with Oracle Financials – Mandatory

Familiarity with Oracle products (OIC, Fusion, etc.) – Mandatory

Exposure to SOA/Autosys – Nice to have

Experience participating in functional and technical discussions with clients and internal teams.

Skilled in working closely with product owners and business analysts to ensure detailed acceptance criteria.

Experience collaborating with QC teams to automate report execution and verification.
