Job Description

Deloitte is currently hiring a highly competent and detail-oriented Finance Analyst / Finance Officer to support its operations in Dubai. This role is designed for finance professionals who possess strong analytical capabilities, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to operate effectively within a structured and performance-driven corporate environment. The position plays an important role in maintaining financial integrity while supporting business planning and operational decision-making.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key financial activities and ensuring that financial information is accurate, timely, and compliant with established standards. This role requires professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to interpret complex financial data into clear and meaningful insights. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and contribute to efficient financial processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in line with internal policies and professional standards.
• Analyze financial data and performance trends to identify risks, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities, including variance analysis and performance monitoring.
• Maintain accurate financial records while ensuring compliance with accounting principles and internal controls.
• Assist with internal and external audit processes by preparing schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable activities to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and proper follow-up.
• Support cash flow tracking and cost control initiatives to improve overall financial efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial reporting processes and operational effectiveness.
• Provide structured financial insights to management to support informed business decisions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline is required.
• Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CA, or CMA will be considered a strong advantage.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant finance or accounting experience, preferably within a corporate or multinational environment.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial reporting systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
