Your Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of Reinhausen automation products in the field.

Carry out installation and commissioning of automation systems in substations.
-
Provide technical support to customers via phone, online platforms, or onsite visits.
-
Analyze faults in collaboration with internal technical departments and help identify root causes.
-
Conduct training sessions for customers—either remotely or at their premises.
-
Integrate Reinhausen solutions with customer systems (e.g. SCADA), troubleshoot communication/interface issues.

Develop and manage Modbus systems on transformers to integrate various sensors with Reinhausen’s ETOS® platform.

Document all service activities through detailed service reports and customer documentation.
-
Act as a customer ambassador: ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and communicate insights to HQ.
Your Profile:

Educational background: Degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent (Electrician, Mechatronics, or Electromechanics).

Hands-on experience in digitalization within industrial environments, particularly substations and power transformers.

Strong technical understanding paired with solid manual skills.
-
Highly meticulous, independent, and customer-oriented work ethic.

Experience in commissioning complex electrical systems is a strong advantage.

Familiarity with SCADA systems in substations is preferred.

Proficiency in English is mandatory.
-
Willingness to travel extensively (50–60%) within and outside the region.
