We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales/Leasing Executive (Female) to join our team at our Business Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing deals related to leasing office spaces. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a passion for real estate and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and lease office spaces within the Business Center to prospective tenants
Conduct property tours and site visits for potential clients
Maintain a database of leads and ensure timely follow-up on all inquiries
Prepare and present leasing proposals and negotiate lease terms
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction
Collaborate with the marketing team for advertising and promotional activities
Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing
Ensure accurate preparation and filing of all lease documentation
Provide regular leasing reports and updates to management
Requirements:
Female candidates preferred (as per business requirement)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
Proven experience in real estate, leasing, or sales (preferably in office/commercial space leasing)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
Professional and confident appearance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluency in Arabic is preferred
