Welcome and serve guests with enthusiasm and professionalism
Set up tables and dining areas according to brand standards
Accurately take orders and communicate with the kitchen team
Ensure cleanliness and readiness of the service area
Handle guest requests promptly and courteously
Maintain safety and hygiene standards at all times
Support team members during busy periods and contribute to a positive work environment
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move for extended periods
Comfortable lifting items up to 25 lbs (or 50 lbs with help)
Attention to detail when reading menus or order tickets
Ability to work on varying surfaces, including sloped or uneven flooring
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous F&B service experience is an advantage, but not required
Friendly attitude and strong communication skills
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
