As an F&B Team Leader, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering world-class dining experiences across our outlets. You’ll coordinate daily operations, lead a talented service team, and ensure each guest enjoys unmatched hospitality that reflects the InterContinental brand promise.
Lead the day-to-day operations across multiple food and beverage outlets.
Supervise, guide, and inspire team members to ensure outstanding service delivery.
Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to ensure seamless service and consistent product quality.
Oversee table setups, service timing, cleanliness, and ambience to reflect a luxury experience.
Handle guest feedback gracefully, providing swift, effective service recovery.
Monitor operational performance and assist with inventory, cost control, and resource planning.
Conduct team briefings, on-the-job training, and performance reviews to enhance staff skills.
Support management in scheduling, promotions, and menu development.
Maintain accurate logs and reports related to staff, service flow, and daily operations.
Uphold all health, hygiene, and safety regulations with a commitment to HACCP standards.
Diploma or degree in Hospitality or a related field.
3+ years of supervisory experience in a fine-dining or luxury hotel setting.
Strong leadership abilities and hands-on experience managing teams across multiple outlets.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a guest-first approach.
Knowledge of premium food, beverages, and international service standards.
Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.
Ability to multitask and remain composed in a high-paced environment.
Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
