Infinite Camps operates 20 multi-activity holiday camp venues across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, with future expansion planned across the Gulf. The camps serve up to 600 children aged 4–12 daily, offering diverse activities including sports, creative thinking, and arts & crafts.
Role Overview
As a Camp Coach, you’ll lead fun, structured, and engaging activities for children aged 4–12. Your priority will be safety, enjoyment, and development through multi-sport and creative sessions. You’ll also handle incident reporting and parent feedback professionally.
Key Responsibilities

Set up equipment and prepare venues for daily activities.

Attend and contribute to daily team briefings.

Plan and run diverse, skill-building sessions.

Promote inclusivity, fair play, and teamwork.

Adapt activities for different ages and skill levels.

Supervise campers’ safety and wellbeing at all times.

Handle and report incidents per policy.

Support camp assistants and participate in meal supervision.

Provide feedback to parents professionally.
Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 1+ year working with children in school/sports settings in the UAE.

Preferred Backgrounds: PE teachers, class teachers, or sports coaches.

Language: Fluent English required.

Transportation: Must have own transport.

Leadership: Capable of managing groups and guiding assistants.
