EYFS Lead Teacher Full Time

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced EYFS Nursery Teacher to join our early years team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a nurturing, play-based environment and is committed to supporting each child’s development through the EYFS framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities aligned with EYFS
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Observe and track children’s development and learning progress
• Promote social, emotional, language, and physical development
• Maintain strong communication with parents and caregivers
• Collaborate with teaching assistants and nursery staff for smooth daily operations

Requirements

• CACHE Level 3 Diploma or equivalent in Early Years Education (EYFS)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an EYFS setting
• Solid understanding of child development and early years pedagogy
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• A genuine passion for working with young children
