Event Support – Part-Time / Tem Part Time

Role Overview:

We are seeking energetic, reliable and customer-focused individuals to join our pool of temporary staff for upcoming events and hospitality assignments. As part of the BM Events team, you will support event execution, guest service, venue preparation and operational maintenance, helping deliver an outstanding experience for our clients and their guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with set-up, breakdown and logistics of event venues (moving furniture, equipment, signage)
• Welcome and engage guests, provide information, direct attendees in a courteous, professional manner
• Deliver hospitality support: e.g. service of food & beverage, housekeeping, stewarding, host/hostess duties or cashier/promoter roles depending on the event assignment
• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and operational efficiency on-site
• Adapt to varying shifts including evenings, weekends and short-notice assignments
• Work as part of a team to meet client timelines and event schedules; ensure compliance with health & safety, hygiene, and guest-service standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality, events, customer service or similar environment preferred
• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages advantageous)
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Professional appearance, friendly demeanor, high level of personal integrity
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a dynamic event team
• UAE work eligibility (valid visa or ready for assignment)
