We specialize in high-end event delivery and bespoke networking services, supporting exhibitors, sponsors, and attendees in building powerful business connections.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated, confident, and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic global team. This is a hybrid role that combines remote work with onsite support at international events, helping execute world-class networking and business matchmaking programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with exhibitors and sponsors to educate and onboard them to our business matchmaking services.
• Guide event attendees and buyers to connect with relevant contacts through curated matchmaking.
• Deliver a white-glove, concierge-style service to VIP clients and key stakeholders.
• Support in the delivery and coordination of pre-booked meetings at live events.
• Be flexible in working across different time zones when required.
• Represent Sector Global onsite at international trade shows and networking events.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in events, exhibitions, or B2B trade shows is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with diverse clients.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Team player with a hands-on, proactive approach.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally for event coverage.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
