As a Bilingual Assistant at Liali Events, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team and enhancing our ability to serve clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. You will be the bridge between our English-speaking and Arabic-speaking clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a vibrant, creative environment while promoting multicultural collaboration and crafting unforgettable experiences.
Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for Arabic-speaking clients, assisting with inquiries, consultations, and communication throughout the event planning process.
Translation: Provide fluent translation of both written and verbal communication between Arabic and English.
Event Coordination: Work closely with the event planning team to ensure client needs are met, including budgeting, venue selection, vendor coordination, and more.
Document Preparation: Assist in drafting event proposals, contracts, and other documents in both Arabic and English.
Scheduling & Meetings: Manage schedules, appointments, and client meetings to ensure smooth operations.
Record Keeping: Maintain clear and organized records of all client interactions and event planning details.
Vendor Collaboration: Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure seamless execution of events.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the event planning team, including data entry, document management, and office tasks.
Proficiency in both written and spoken Arabic and English is essential.
Previous experience in translation or interpretation is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented, able to maintain accurate records.
Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
Knowledge of event planning or the desire to learn about the industry is preferred.
A positive and professional attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends, as needed, to accommodate client events.
