Job Overview

Euphoria Interiors is hiring a skilled and creative Architect to join its professional team in Dubai. This position is ideal for candidates who have a strong passion for architectural design, interior fit-out projects, and modern construction solutions. The Architect will play a key role in designing, planning, and delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and hospitality projects across Dubai.

The successful candidate will work closely with designers, engineers, and project managers to ensure that every project meets client expectations, regulatory standards, and company quality guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• The Architect will be responsible for the following duties:
• Creating architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed design drawings
• Preparing technical drawings, 3D models, and construction documentation
• Coordinating with interior designers, consultants, and project teams
• Ensuring compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and UAE building codes
• Conducting regular site visits to oversee progress and resolve design issues
• Reviewing drawings, materials, and finishes for accuracy and quality
• Managing design changes while maintaining project timelines and budgets
• Presenting architectural proposals and design concepts to clients

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Candidates applying for this role should meet the following requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline
• 2 to 4 years of professional experience in architectural or interior projects
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other industry-standard architectural design tools to produce accurate drawings and detailed project documentation.
• Knowledge of UAE construction standards and approval procedures
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines
• Experience in interior fit-out projects will be considered an advantage
