Responsibilities:

• Daily basis par large volumes of data ko accurately input karna aur update rakhna in company ke databases, spreadsheets aur management systems.
• Data verification aur cleaning karna — errors identify karna, inconsistencies correct karna aur missing information follow‑up karna.
• Reports, summaries aur dashboards ke liye raw data prepare karna, organisation ke liye actionable insights enable karna.
• Cross‑departmental coordination karna (e.g., operations, finance, HR) taaki data required format mein timely mile aur department goals support karein.
• Confidentiality aur data security guidelines ko strictly follow karna; sensitive information ka appropriate handling ensure karna.
• Continuous improvement suggest karna data entry procedures, workflow enhancements aur automation opportunities ke through; efficiency badhana.
• Document management aur archival tasks ko support karna: files organise karna, digital records maintain karna aur access logs update karna.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum high school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science ya related field preferred.
• Proven experience data entry, data management ya administrative role mein (freshers with strong skills bhi apply kar sakte hain).
• Excellent typing speed aur accuracy, MS Excel (including formulas, pivot tables) aur data entry software ka proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail, logical thinking aur ability to work under deadlines.
• Effective verbal aur written communication skills — English mein fluency required; additional languages plus point.
• Organised work approach, time‑management skills aur independent as well as team‑environment mein kaam karne ki ability.
