Job Overview

Learner Circle is seeking a dynamic and passionate Entrepreneurship Tutor to deliver engaging sessions that introduce school students (ages 11–17) to entrepreneurial thinking, financial literacy, creativity, and essential business skills. The program is based on a structured, ready-to-use curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive and age-appropriate sessions in entrepreneurship to school students
• Use the provided curriculum while customizing examples to align with the local context
• Foster creativity, innovation, and problem-solving through hands-on activities
• Share relevant, real-world business scenarios to enhance student learning
• Track student progress and provide timely feedback
• Coordinate with school staff and the Learner Circle team to ensure smooth program delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Education, or a related field
• Prior experience teaching or mentoring students in entrepreneurship or business topics
• Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills
• Passion for empowering youth with entrepreneurial skills
• Must be based in Dubai with valid work authorization

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with middle or high school students
• Familiarity with project-based or experiential learning methods
• Exposure to the startup or business ecosystem

Language Requirements

• English: Required (fluency in both written and spoken communication)
