Job Purpose:

As the face of Emirates, our Cabin Crew members are more than service professionals – they are ambassadors of safety, comfort, and exceptional hospitality. You will lead confidently in-flight, deliver outstanding customer service, and uphold the highest safety standards while representing the Emirates brand with professionalism and grace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers during flights
• Deliver a high level of customer service across various cultures
• Manage in-flight services, security procedures, and emergency responses
• Adapt to different situations and passenger needs with a solution-oriented approach
• Represent Emirates with professionalism, empathy, and confidence

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service
• High school graduate (Grade 12 or equivalent)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
• Minimum height: 160 cm; able to reach 212 cm on tiptoes
• No visible tattoos while in Emirates cabin crew uniform
• Positive attitude, cultural sensitivity, and passion for service
• Must be eligible for UAE employment visa and willing to relocate to Dubai

Salary and Benefits:

• Basic salary: AED 4,430 per month
• Flying pay: AED 63.75 per flying hour (approx. 80–100 hours/month)
• Average monthly pay: AED 10,170 (tax-free income)
• Meal allowances provided monthly in arrears
• Fully furnished accommodation, transport to/from the airport, and comprehensive benefits package included
