Emirates Logistics – Logistics Executive (Dubai) Full Time

We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Logistics Operations Executive to handle daily logistics and supply chain activities in Dubai. This role is suited for individuals who can manage logistics tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy, safety, and professional standards in day-to-day operations.

Salary: AED 3,500 – 5,500 per month

The role focuses on coordinating the movement of goods, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring that logistics activities run smoothly from start to finish. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and transport partners to ensure that shipments are handled properly and delivered on schedule. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities are essential for this position.

You will be involved in organizing shipments, monitoring delivery timelines, and maintaining accurate logistics records. Clear communication with warehouse staff and transport providers will be a key part of your daily duties. This position requires a practical approach, good planning skills, and the ability to work under operational pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily logistics activities related to receiving, storage, and dispatch
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely movement of goods
• Maintain accurate records for inventory, deliveries, and logistics documentation
• Support warehouse teams with stock handling and order preparation
• Communicate with transport providers to confirm delivery schedules
• Monitor shipment progress and report operational issues when required
• Carry out tasks in accordance with safety standards and internal procedures
• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce delays

Skills & Qualifications:

• A diploma or bachelor’s qualification in logistics, supply chain, business, or a similar field
• 1–3 years of practical experience in logistics, warehouse, or transport operations
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
• Able to manage workload effectively and deliver results within tight timelines.
• High level of responsibility and attention to detail
