Job Summary:

The selected candidate will play a vital role in supporting Emirates Airlines’ daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination between teams, efficient cargo and passenger handling, and adherence to aviation standards. This position requires precision, teamwork, and a strong sense of responsibility to maintain operational excellence at Dubai International Airport and associated facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage operational activities related to Emirates Airlines’ cargo and passenger services.
• Maintain close communication with ground handling staff, customs, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate processes.
• Prepare and verify shipment and documentation details to meet compliance and safety regulations.
• Assist in flight scheduling, cargo coordination, and real-time tracking updates.
• Address service-related inquiries promptly while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.
• Support operational improvements by identifying process efficiencies and best practices.
• Ensure that all company and aviation policies are followed according to Emirates operational standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in airline operations, logistics, or airport services within the UAE.
• Excellent coordination, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities, combined with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with airline or logistics systems.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and delivering results.
• Salary Range: AED 6,000 – 9,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)
