Job Purpose

We are seeking a Professional Services (PS) Business Manager to drive service offers, manage regional PS opportunities across EMEA, and act as a strategic partner between sales, delivery teams, and customers. This role requires a strong customer-oriented mindset, commercial acumen, and deep experience in IT security services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and adapt professional service offers for local and regional markets
• Build customer-focused proposals for PS opportunities in EMEA
• Monitor sales pipeline and ensure delivery team readiness
• Work closely with sales to define tailored solutions aligned with customer budgets and expectations
• Support pre-sales activities: timelines, deployment strategies, and deliverables
• Conduct webinars and training sessions for Sales & Sales Engineering teams
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast revenue and secure growth
• Maintain accurate opportunity records in Salesforce and oversee handovers to delivery teams

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management or equivalent (MBA preferred)
• Experience:
• 10+ years in professional services, preferably in IT security
• Strong background in pre-sales, customer support, or solutions delivery
• Project management experience with technical teams

Skills & Competencies

• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and reporting skills
• Strong business and customer focus with proactive mindset
• Ability to manage complex technical environments and client needs
• Proficiency in Excel (mandatory), Salesforce (preferred)
• Sound financial acumen (margins, pricing, costing)

Technical Knowledge:

• IT security: HSM, PKI, Authentication, Encryption, Mobile Security
• Smart cards, payment HSMs, enterprise IT environments
• Network technologies and system integration best practices
