About the Role:

BESTSELLER is seeking a hands-on, entrepreneurial E-Commerce Operations Coordinator/Lead to build and scale its local online business in the MENA region. You’ll take full ownership of launching and managing e-commerce operations, shaping the entire customer journey — from website to last-mile delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Setup & Strategy

• Launch the local e-commerce platform from strategy to execution
• Build and own the operational roadmap for regional growth

Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day functions: content updates, campaign launches, order fulfillment
• Adapt and manage front-end content, visuals, and user experience
• Coordinate with global HQ on pricing, product setup, and localizations

Omnichannel Integration

• Align online campaigns with in-store activations
• Collaborate with store teams for seamless pick & pack processes

Logistics & Fulfillment

• Monitor delivery performance and customer satisfaction
• Optimize solutions for returns, warehousing, and 3PL setups

Marketing & Customer Service

• Support Paid Ad campaigns (Meta, Google)
• Grow the customer loyalty program through e-commerce
• Handle customer queries initially, and help scale a service structure

Growth Planning

• Expand into new MENA markets
• Set up regional warehousing and logistics partnerships

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in E-Commerce, Digital Operations, or Omnichannel Retail
• Proven experience in launching or scaling e-commerce businesses
• Strong project ownership with a founder’s mindset
• Cross-functional experience (Tech, Retail, Marketing)
• Good understanding of last-mile logistics
• Fluent in English (Arabic a plus)
• Experience in emerging markets is an advantage
• Proactive, flexible, and adaptable
