Early Years Learning Assistant – Kinderville Dubai Full Time

Role Overview:

As a Teaching Assistant at Kinderville, you will support the Lead Teacher in creating a safe, stimulating, and welcoming environment where young children can explore, discover, and grow. You will assist with the implementation of daily activities, help manage the classroom routine, provide one‑on‑one support where needed, and contribute to the overall quality of care and education that Kinderville is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and delivering age-appropriate learning experiences, including play-based activities, arts and crafts, language development, and physical play.
• Help maintain a nurturing and inclusive classroom where each child’s individual needs, strengths, and interests are recognised and supported.
• Support the lead educator in observing children’s learning progress, documenting development, and contributing to assessments and feedback for parents and staff.
• Aid with classroom management: setting up resources, tidying up, observing routines (meals, rest, play transitions), ensuring hygiene and safety at all times.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, communicating with warmth, clarity, and professionalism.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and contribute to continuous improvement of the learning environment and practices.

Requirements:

• Diploma or certificate in Early Childhood Education, Childcare, or equivalent (preferred) or willingness to train.
• Previous experience working with children aged 0–6 years in a nursery, preschool, or early learning centre is an advantage.
• Friendly, patient, and collaborative attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assist with classroom duties, adapt to different age groups, follow instructions, and take initiative.
• Understanding of safe, clean, and inclusive childcare practices, and ability to support children with varied learning styles and abilities.
