Early Years Educator – Learning Tree Dubai Full Time

Job Description:

As a Teacher at Learning Tree Dubai, you will plan and deliver stimulating, age-appropriate lessons that promote curiosity, creativity, and confidence in young learners. You will support children’s emotional, social, and cognitive development through interactive play and structured learning. The ideal candidate will demonstrate warmth, patience, and enthusiasm, with a strong commitment to high-quality early education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans following the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) curriculum.
• Create a welcoming, inclusive classroom environment where children feel confident to explore and learn.
• Observe and assess children’s development, maintaining accurate progress records and sharing insights with parents.
• Collaborate with colleagues to organize activities, events, and projects that enhance children’s learning experiences.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating classroom in line with health and safety standards.
• Build strong relationships with parents, encouraging open communication and partnership in each child’s growth.
• Take part in team discussions, ongoing skill development sessions, and continuous learning initiatives to enhance teaching practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a nursery, preschool, or early learning center (UAE experience preferred).
• Knowledge of EYFS or Montessori curriculum.
• Strong classroom management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• A nurturing attitude, creative mindset, and passion for working with young children.
