DWF HR Manager – PT Part Time

In this part-time role, you’ll deliver strategic HR support, change management leadership, and advisory services in alignment with our global HR operating model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the development and implementation of HR change management strategies
• Evaluate current HR systems and recommend process improvements
• Track the success of change initiatives using key performance indicators
• Align regional HR strategies with overall business goals
• Act as a coach and business partner to senior leaders, promoting strong leadership behaviors
• Collaborate with Centres of Excellence to ensure effective HR delivery
• Contribute to people planning, organizational design, and talent strategies across regional business units

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Essential: Experience working in Dubai, preferably within the DIFC
• Desirable: Experience working in Qatar, ideally within the Qatar Financial Centre (QFC)
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance in the region
• Demonstrated success leading change initiatives in large, complex organizations
• Experience in professional services or the legal sector is advantageous
• High level of commercial awareness and ability to operate in a regulated, structured environment
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
