About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly performance goals.
• Lead Generation: Source new buyers/renters through referrals, calls, site visits, and online platforms.
• Social Media Engagement: Boost visibility with property listings, testimonials, and regular content sharing.
• Recruitment: Assist in hiring new agents and contribute to building the team.
• Listing Properties: Secure new property listings across Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle.
• Collaboration: Mentor peers, support cross-functional teams, and participate in training.
• Attendance: Attend team meetings, client appointments, and maintain regular office presence.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Dubai real estate is highly preferred
• Strong communication skills; fluency in English required. Additional languages (Chinese, Russian, Turkish, Hindi) are a plus
• Self-motivated, organized, and proactive
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• UAE driver’s license is preferred
• Interest in long-term real estate career
• Familiarity with CRM and digital tools is advantageous
