Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to be part of our Dubai team. In this role, you will take ownership of planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing activities across multiple channels. You will collaborate with creative, analytics and client service teams to deliver high-impact campaigns that align with client goals and brand strategies. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be ready to drive both creative ideas and analytical results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across channels including search engine optimisation (SEO), paid search (PPC), social media, email marketing and display advertising.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and audience segmentation to shape digital strategy and targeting.
• Manage social media accounts: create content calendars, publish posts, engage with communities and track performance metrics.
• Monitor paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads), analyse performance data, optimise for ROI and prepare actionable insights.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure digital assets align with brand guidelines, technical requirements and campaign objectives.
• Generate regular reporting on campaign performance, derive insights, and propose strategic improvements.
• Stay current with latest digital marketing trends, tools and best practices and proactively suggest enhancements to workflows and campaign tactics.
• Support client presentations and assist in preparing proposals for new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house) with exposure to the UAE or Gulf region.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and metrics (SEO, SEM, social media, email).
• Proficiency with analytics platforms and advertising tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a bonus.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
• Creative mindset paired with analytical thinking — able to both generate ideas and evaluate results.
