Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our expanding team in Dubai. This full-time position is ideal for professionals who are passionate about using digital platforms to grow brands, attract customers, and deliver measurable results.

As part of our marketing department, you will be responsible for planning and executing digital campaigns across multiple channels — including social media, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, and content marketing. You’ll collaborate with creative, design, and sales teams to craft impactful campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and drive conversions.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, data-savvy, and able to balance creativity with strategy. You will also track key performance indicators, manage advertising budgets, and identify new trends to keep the brand ahead in Dubai’s competitive digital space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement multi-channel digital marketing strategies that align with business goals.
• Manage and optimise social media accounts, including campaign planning, posting, and engagement tracking.
• Execute SEO and SEM campaigns to increase website visibility and lead generation.
• Design and send email marketing campaigns to targeted audiences for brand promotion.
• Create engaging digital content such as graphics, videos, and ad copy.
• Monitor campaign analytics, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated with current marketing trends and emerging digital tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical thinker with a creative approach to campaign development.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
