Digital Interaction Designer Full Time

Overview

Bagerz is seeking a results-driven Digital Communication & Automation Specialist to join its dynamic team in Dubai. This role focuses on managing end-to-end digital communication strategies and automation processes to enhance customer engagement and lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand and structure communication requests, validating objectives, target audiences, delivery channels, and timelines.
• Write clear, brand-aligned digital communication content and support the design team with corresponding visual assets.
• Define, create, and manage audience segments based on user behavior, transactions, and profiles.
• Design and configure automated customer journeys across multiple digital channels.
• Document use cases for complex digital logic, including dispatch conditions and dynamic content rules.
• Write user stories to align communication needs with development or automation teams.
• Develop and execute test cases to ensure accurate functionality and user experience across channels.
• Monitor performance of campaigns and digital assets, generating reports and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Communication, Social Communication, Digital Marketing, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

• Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, marketing automation, multichannel campaigns, or customer experience design.

• Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with automation tools and CRM platforms
• Strong analytical and reporting skills

• Language:

• Intermediate level of English (spoken and written)
