Role Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Digital Acquisition & Performance Marketing Lead to drive CBD’s digital marketing strategy with a focus on customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion. This role will be instrumental in leading integrated digital campaigns across paid and owned channels, leveraging data to improve performance and return on investment.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns aligned with overall business goals.

• Manage performance marketing across paid media channels (search, display, social, programmatic).
• Optimize campaign targeting, media mix, and budget allocation to maximize ROI.
• Website & Owned Channel Optimization
  Collaborate with platform and UX teams to improve website structure, content, SEO, and user experience.
• Manage conversion funnel optimization and landing page effectiveness.
• Develop lead capture and nurturing strategies.
• Full-Funnel Marketing Management
  Design marketing strategies covering the entire customer journey — from brand awareness to acquisition and engagement.
• Align digital activation with customer lifecycle stages and personalized triggers.
• Data & Martech-Driven Optimization
  Use martech tools and analytics platforms to inform campaign strategy and execution.
• Implement segmented, targeted campaigns for different customer groups (e.g., Retail, SME, Corporate).
• Continuously test, learn, and iterate based on performance insights.
• Cross-functional Collaboration
  Work with product, lifecycle, and content teams to ensure marketing strategies are cohesive and customer-centric.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support launches, campaigns, and promotions.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, leads, conversions, CAC, and ROAS.
• Provide performance insights and recommendations for optimization.

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field.
• Experience:
• 6–8 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on acquisition and performance.
• Background in banking, fintech, or financial services preferred.
• Proven experience with paid digital channels (Google Ads, social media, display, retargeting, SEO).
• Skills:
• Strong command of analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), tag management, and CRM tools.
• Excellent understanding of B2C and B2B acquisition funnels.
• Experience working with digital agencies and managing multi-channel media plans.
• Ability to translate data into insights and drive strategic decisions.
• Familiarity with lifecycle marketing and automation tools is a plus.
• Exceptional project management and multitasking skills.
