Digital Expansion Lead Full Time

About the Role:

The Arbor School is seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Coordinator to join its growing Admissions and Marketing team. This role is pivotal in driving the school’s digital visibility and lead generation through a variety of channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Strategy: Plan and implement results-driven strategies aligned with business goals
• SEO & SEM: Improve organic rankings and manage paid search campaigns (Google/Bing Ads)
• Content Management: Create and oversee blog posts, social content, videos, and landing pages
• Email Campaigns: Develop and optimize email marketing and lead nurturing strategies
• Paid Ads: Manage and monitor campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media
• Social Media: Lead creation, scheduling, and analysis across all major platforms
• Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and make data-driven improvements
• Budget Oversight: Manage digital marketing budget for cost-effective impact
• Website & Online Presence: Maintain website and manage external listings
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, content, sales, and product teams

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar (preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media marketing
• Skilled in tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Mailchimp, HubSpot
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Unbounce, Optimizely)
• Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
• Google certifications are a plus
• Experience in e-commerce or B2B is an advantage
