Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to manage our online sales channels and enhance our digital presence. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing e-commerce platforms, optimizing product listings, and driving online sales through effective digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and regularly update product listings across all e-commerce platforms (website, Amazon, Noon, etc.).
• Create engaging and SEO-friendly product titles, descriptions, and images to improve visibility and conversions.
• Monitor inventory levels, pricing, and promotions to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to execute online campaigns, offers, and new product launches.
• Analyze website and sales performance using tools such as Google Analytics and prepare performance reports.
• Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain consistent brand identity and quality standards across all online content.
• Research market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and new strategies.
• Support digital marketing efforts including SEO, Google Ads, and social media promotions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce management (preferably in B2B or product-based industries).
• In-depth understanding of online marketplaces such as Amazon, Noon, and Shopify.
• Proficiency in SEO, Google Analytics, and online advertising tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
