Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect Engineer to lead the design and execution of a prestigious high-rise building project in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, technical precision, and strong coordination skills, with proven experience in large-scale commercial or high-rise developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design development from concept to completion for high-rise projects
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and construction documentation
• Collaborate with structural, MEP, and civil teams for seamless design integration
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities to secure approvals and permits
• Conduct site inspections to ensure design compliance and construction quality
• Resolve on-site design issues and implement necessary modifications
• Apply sustainable and innovative architectural solutions aligned with local standards
• Ensure full compliance with Dubai regulations (e.g., DM, Trakhees, RERA)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in architectural engineering (high-rise/commercial focus)
• Strong knowledge of Dubai building codes and local authority approval processes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and other design tools
• Excellent project coordination and communication skills
• UAE experience and Society of Engineers membership highly preferred
