Licensed Architect Full Time

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Architectural Designer with solid experience in UAE authority submissions and site coordination. The role involves managing the design process, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring that all plans meet local regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design & Planning

• Develop conceptual and detailed architectural drawings in line with UAE building regulations and client expectations.
• Create layouts, elevations, 3D models, and technical details using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Collaborate with engineers, MEP consultants, and interior designers for comprehensive design integration.

2. Authority Submissions

• Prepare and manage submissions to Dubai authorities such as DM, Trakhees, Nakheel, DDA, and Emaar.
• Compile documentation for permits, NOCs, and completion certificates.
• Follow up on approvals and coordinate with government bodies to meet deadlines.

3. Site Coordination & Execution

• Conduct regular site visits to ensure design implementation matches approved plans.
• Resolve on-site design issues in coordination with contractors and project teams.
• Liaise with suppliers and project managers to ensure smooth execution.

4. Compliance & Standards

• Ensure all architectural work complies with UAE codes, sustainability practices, fire safety, and health regulations.
• Review and validate shop drawings and as-built documents.

5. Client & Consultant Communication

• Attend client meetings and support presentations.
• Respond to RFIs and keep clients updated on design progress and authority approvals.
