Delivery Driver at NFPC Groups Full Time

Experience Required:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales and Distribution.

Education:

• High school certificate or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Delivery Operations:

• Assist in the loading of trucks according to the set schedule.
• Deliver a variety of products to different outlets as per the daily route plan.
• Achieve the given sales target monthly, as per the approved Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
• Follow assigned routes and adhere to the time schedule strictly.

Customer Service and Merchandising:

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers during deliveries.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Regularly update the distribution coordinator on the wastage ratio to optimize outlet demand.

Vehicle Maintenance and Presentation:

• Operate the assigned vehicle responsibly and maintain its cleanliness and functionality.
• Maintain a clean and respectable appearance during working hours.

Team Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with colleagues, ensuring discipline and professionalism.
• Support the distribution team in achieving route sales and distribution objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Skills & Competencies:

• Valid UAE driving license with good driving experience.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Presentable, disciplined, and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and distribution logistics.
