Data Management & Finance Executive Full Time

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Data Entry & Finance Officer to join our team in JLT, Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, combined with administrative and data management skills. Experience in social media marketing or design will be considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry, bookkeeping, and financial record management.
  • Prepare monthly and annual accounts, financial reports, and reconciliations.
  • Handle invoice tracking, follow-ups, and payment processing.
  • Manage company emails, respond to queries, and maintain client communication.
  • Maintain and update databases and company records.
  • Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, document management, and office coordination.
  • Manage and post content on social media platforms and assist with basic website updates.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure financial and operational accuracy across all departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Philippines qualification preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in Dubai in a finance or accounting role.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Officer, Accountant, or Senior Administrator.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Knowledge of accounting software and financial reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and telephone etiquette.
  • Must have a valid UAE working or spouse visa (visa sponsorship not available).
  • Ability to commute daily to JLT Cluster I (own transport preferred).
