Role Summary:
As a Cabin Crew member at flydubai, you will serve as a frontline brand ambassador, delivering safe, consistent, and exceptional inflight experiences to a diverse passenger base. You will be part of a dynamic, multicultural team that represents both the airline and the spirit of Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure passenger safety, security, and comfort throughout the flight

Deliver professional, friendly, and personalized service to customers

Respond to inflight issues and emergencies with calm, confident, and effective solutions

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inflight protocols and safety procedures

Adhere to grooming and conduct standards as outlined by flydubai

Promote onboard products and services

Represent the airline in a positive and respectful manner across all flight duties
Job Requirements:

Minimum age: 21 years
-
Height requirement: 158 cm (minimum), as per safety standards

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory)

Experience: Minimum 1 year in a customer service role (aviation/hospitality/retail preferred)

Language skills: Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Appearance: Professional and well-groomed, no visible tattoos while in uniform

Medical: Must pass aero-medical examination

Swimming: Confident in water with flotation aid

Other: Valid passport, willingness to relocate to Dubai, flexibility to work varied shifts
Pay & Benefits:

Base Salary + Allowances: AED 8,275/month

Variable Flying Pay: Avg. AED 4,500/month (based on 90 flight hours)
