Position Summary:

Our Guest Service Experts play a vital role in making this happen by taking the initiative and offering a range of services, from setting tables and communicating with the kitchen to serving guests and maintaining clean work areas. They help ensure that each guest interaction is part of the overall experience.
This role requires being on your feet, managing the menu, interacting with guests, and maintaining a professional standard in all aspects. Guest Service Experts must be able to move, lift, carry, and perform other tasks related to food service while following company policies and procedures. This position is hands-on, requiring physical stamina and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:

Service Delivery: Assist guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

Communication: Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.

Work Area Maintenance: Keep the work areas clean, organized, and safe, including setting tables, cleaning, and stocking supplies.

Guest Interaction: Engage with guests in a friendly, welcoming manner, making their experience memorable.

Physical Tasks: Move, lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds, ensuring the workspace is safe and well-maintained.

Uniform & Appearance: Maintain professional standards for uniform and appearance, contributing to a positive guest experience.
Preferred Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Experience: Less than 1 year of related work experience in a customer service role.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
