As Chef de Partie, you will take full ownership of your assigned kitchen section (hot, cold, grill, etc.), ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen during service. You will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes that meet the highest culinary standards while collaborating with a dynamic team.
Kitchen Operations: Manage your assigned kitchen section and ensure it operates efficiently, especially during peak service times.
Food Preparation & Presentation: Prepare and present dishes following specific recipes, plating guidelines, and portion control.
Menu Development: Contribute ideas for new menu items based on current trends and guest preferences.
Hygiene & Safety: Maintain cleanliness and organization, adhering to HACCP and Dubai Municipality food safety standards.
Team Leadership: Train and mentor Commis Chefs and Demi Chefs, ensuring consistency in food quality and techniques.
Inventory Management: Manage kitchen inventory, ensuring proper storage and rotation of ingredients to minimize waste.
Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all kitchen equipment is well-maintained and report any malfunctions.
Dynamic Environment: Work in a fast-paced, high-energy atmosphere where no two days are the same.

Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role, ideally within a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality setting.
Culinary Expertise: Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation, and international or specialized cuisine.

Education: Culinary diploma or equivalent preferred.
