Role Overview

We are hiring a Content Designer / Marketing Specialist with a passion for creative storytelling, branding, and marketing visuals. You’ll work closely with our marketing and strategy team to design content that drives brand awareness and engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Content Creation

• Create high-impact visual assets for social media, email campaigns, websites, brochures, and presentations.
• Develop infographics and branded visuals aligned with company identity.
• Design short-form videos, reels, and animations for digital campaigns.

2. Branding & Strategy

• Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials and channels.
• Support marketing campaigns with fresh, trend-aware visuals and content ideas.
• Collaborate on campaign concepts and contribute to creative direction.

3. Tools & Platforms

• Use design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
• Optimize workflows with AI tools like MidJourney, DALL·E, ChatGPT, Runway.
• Work with Figma, Canva, CorelDRAW (a plus).
• Basic photo editing and layout skills for event branding or live campaigns.

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience in content design or visual marketing, preferably in education or EdTech
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of visual formats and campaigns
• Proficient with both static and motion design tools
• A team player who thrives in multicultural environments
• Proactive, organized, and capable of juggling multiple projects
• Up to date with the latest design trends and digital storytelling approaches

Nice to Have

• Event branding experience (roll-ups, banners, flyers, etc.)
• AI creativity tools knowledge
• Basic photography and video editing skills
• Experience working with international teams
