Position Summary

As a Coffee Specialist in our Customer Relationship Center (CRC), you will be the voice of Nespresso — delivering personalized guidance, expert product knowledge, and brand storytelling to delight customers across multiple touchpoints.

This is a unique opportunity to act as a Brand Ambassador, building loyalty, driving engagement, and elevating the customer journey through every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle Customer Interactions with Care & Expertise

• Manage and resolve customer requests via phone, email, live chat, social media, and other channels.
• Make informed decisions in line with company policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Escalate complex issues when needed to ensure positive resolutions for both the customer and brand.

2. Build Meaningful Customer Relationships

• Develop rapport quickly, understanding customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
• Anticipate customer concerns by analyzing profiles, purchase history, and behaviors.
• Spot sales opportunities, recommend relevant products, and promote brand campaigns.

3. Maintain & Enhance Brand Identity

• Use the Nespresso tone of voice consistently across all communications.
• Apply storytelling to share the brand’s heritage and product passion.
• Engage meaningfully on social media, responding to inquiries in a way that appeals to both the individual and a broader audience.

4. Drive Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and services for a better customer experience.
• Share valuable customer insights to help shape products, campaigns, and service standards.
• Suggest innovative solutions to improve workflows and touchpoints.

5. Grow Your Expertise

• Master Nespresso products, coffee knowledge, and machine functionalities.
• Stay updated on brand news, promotions, and local market trends.
• Participate in training, team meetings, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Previous experience in customer service or sales, ideally in an international environment.

Skills:

• Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Arabic.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment using multiple digital tools.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Brand ambassador qualities with a passion for coffee.
