Role Summary:

Join our finance team as a Financial Analyst, where you will deliver critical insights through financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Develop monthly/quarterly/annual forecasts and budgets

  • Conduct variance analysis and identify performance trends

  • Support annual budgeting through data consolidation

Business Intelligence

  • Build financial models for scenario planning and cost optimization

  • Prepare executive-level reports and presentations

  • Implement data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with department heads on budget management

  • Provide financial guidance to cross-functional teams

  • Translate operational data into financial insights

Process Improvement

  • Automate reporting processes using ERP systems (SAP/Anaplan)

  • Enhance financial workflows and documentation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field

  • 2-4 years’ FP&A experience

  • Advanced Excel modeling skills

  • ERP system proficiency (SAP preferred)

  • Professional certification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA) advantageous

Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent communication for technical/non-technical audiences

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
