Corporate Finance Lead Full Time

Position Summary:

As a Senior Executive, you will drive operational excellence in financial operations, support strategic financial planning, and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate across departments to improve processes and deliver financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure correct revenue recognition per company policy, including assessing WIP/AR quality and identifying required write-offs or reserves.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and statutory regulations (e.g., invoice numbering processes).
• Manage working capital (WIP/AR), liaise with clients and consultants to optimize administrative processes.
• Monitor billing terms and follow up with project teams to meet contractual invoicing deadlines.
• Perform and verify month-end account reconciliations.
• Complete and review year-end accounting packages and support internal and external audits (IFRS and local GAAP).
• Support the Finance Controller, especially in areas like revenue recognition and AR.
• Handle core accounting functions such as GL, WIP, AR, treasury, and tax reporting.
• Actively participate in finance transformation projects and share knowledge with peers.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Chartered/Certified Accountant qualification preferred (CA, ACA, ACCA, CPA)
• Strong technical accounting, numerical, and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint; experience with PowerBI preferred
• Experience in accounting systems like Microsoft D365 (SAP/Oracle also considered)
• Strong verbal and written communication in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Willingness to work extended hours when necessary and travel as required
