The Opportunity

As a Content Operations Manager, you will lead a dynamic team of copywriters, CMS authors, analysts, and campaign managers for a major Dubai-based client. Your role is pivotal in driving digital experience excellence, ensuring content quality, and fostering team growth while strengthening client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development
  Provide strategic direction for cross-functional teams (copywriting, CMS authoring, analytics)
• Mentor team members to enhance skills and career growth
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance evaluations

Operational Excellence

• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and workload balancing
• Ensure adherence to brand voice, quality standards, and client vision
• Implement QA processes for content creation and publishing

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as primary liaison between teams and client stakeholders
• Lead client report-outs with data-driven insights (PowerPoint presentations)
• Align team output with business objectives and KPIs

Innovation & Process Improvement

• Stay updated on digital experience trends (content, analytics, campaign tech)
• Optimize workflows using CMS, project management, and collaboration tools
• Drive continuous improvement in team efficiency and output quality

Qualifications

Essential:

• 5+ years in leadership roles with 3+ years in copywriting/content production
• Proven track record managing high-performing teams (10+ members)
• Expertise in content management systems and project management tools
• Exceptional English communication (C1 level) and client-facing skills
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate business goals into content strategy
• Familiarity with UAE work culture and business practices

Preferred:

• Arabic language skills
• Background in marketing, communications, or journalism
• Experience in digital analytics or campaign management
