Company Driver & Assistant Walk-in – Dubai Full Time

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Driver / Company Assistant to support the daily operational and administrative activities of the company. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Dubai roads, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles safely and efficiently for daily operational tasks.
• Coordinate with maintenance and technical staff as required.
• Supervise and manage cleaning staff to ensure high service standards.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, and documentation.
• Assist in moving furniture and furnishing company apartments.
• Manage and organize company stores and inventory.
• Perform general support duties such as deliveries, errands, and office assistance.
• Handle multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements

• Valid UAE Driver’s License (mandatory).
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience within the UAE.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of Dubai roads and traffic regulations.
• Good organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on skills in basic maintenance or DIY tasks are preferred.
• Professional, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
