About the Role

FIVE Hotels and Resorts is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Commis 3 to join its award-winning culinary team. Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present dishes according to FIVE’s high culinary standards

  • Support senior chefs with menu execution and daily kitchen operations

  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of workstations and kitchen equipment

  • Follow HACCP and food safety guidelines

  • Assist in menu development with creative input on flavors and presentation

  • Ensure stock rotation and mise en place are organized and efficient

  • Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure a seamless service

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hotels or fine dining establishments

  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred

  • Strong knife skills and understanding of basic cooking methods

  • Pre-opening kitchen experience is an advantage

  • Working knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards

  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

  • Professional attitude and high standards of personal hygiene
