What You’ll Do:
As a Commis Chef, your role will involve delighting guests with exceptional food and maintaining the highest standards of quality:

Maintain food quality control, ensuring proper food rotation, timely service, and the best possible experience for guests

Prepare, cook, and present food adhering to food safety standards
-
Collaborate with the Chief Baker/Executive Pastry Chef on daily preparation, food shortages, and seasonal food and beverage activities
-
Stay updated with latest pastry and bakery trends, adding creativity to the menu
-
Thrive in a high-pressure environment while maintaining top-tier quality
-
Contribute to the development of new menu ideas, working closely with the Sous Chef
-
Focus on multitasking, time management, and maintaining a high standard of food safety and hygiene

Provide exceptional service with a strong customer service ethic
