Execute premium F&B service adhering to brand standards
Personalize guest interactions through preference recognition
Resolve service inquiries ranging from billing to local recommendations
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of daily property operations
Uphold safety protocols and brand presentation standards
Support cross-departmental operations as required
2+ years in guest-facing roles at luxury hotels
Fluency in English (additional languages preferred)
Opera PMS proficiency
Flexibility for rotating shifts including weekends/holidays
Hospitality diploma (degree advantageous)
Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills
