Pinnacle is seeking an experienced Banking Relationship Manager to join our remote team in Dubai. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role is strategic and vital to the efficient management of our global banking relationships, multi-currency operations, and liquidity strategy.
You will be responsible for onboarding new banking partners, maintaining compliance, overseeing investment accounts, and ensuring optimal cash flow management across multiple jurisdictions.
Serve as the primary liaison for all global banking and financial institution relationships.
Lead onboarding of new banks, managing due diligence, KYC, and account setup processes.
Maintain and optimize a diverse portfolio of bank and investment accounts across multiple entities and currencies.
Oversee and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity and risk control.
Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, and Legal teams to ensure compliance and accuracy of all banking documentation.
Evaluate banking service performance and costs, recommending improvements and strategic changes.
Implement and ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements related to treasury and cash management.
Support financial audits and reporting with comprehensive banking data and documentation.
Provide regular and ad-hoc updates to senior leadership on banking operations and insights.
Cultivate strong internal and external relationships to support operational and strategic goals.
Minimum 10 years of experience in banking relationship management, treasury, or related finance roles within a multinational or financial services environment.
Expertise in KYC, regulatory compliance, banking services, and multi-currency operations.
Proven experience managing international banking relationships and cash flow forecasting.
Familiarity with investment accounts, onboarding procedures, and associated documentation.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment while collaborating cross-functionally.
Proficiency in Excel and treasury/financial systems.
Prior experience in iGaming, fintech, or tech sectors is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus, but not mandatory.
Additional training in treasury, compliance, or banking operations is advantageous.
