Client Relations Coordinator Full Time

About the Role

This position is part of the Global Payment Liquidity Banks Service Team in Dubai. The role involves delivering exceptional customer care, supporting payment operations, and enhancing client relationships by ensuring timely resolution of queries, escalations, and service requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met across client accounts.
• Handle all payment-related escalations (e.g., cancellations, rejections, early release, etc.).
• Partner with Relationship Managers and Sales Consultants for new client onboarding and account setup.
• Monitor overdrafts, rejected transactions, and ensure timely fund reconciliation.
• Manage cheque-related inquiries (e.g., FCS, Cash Letters, DTD).
• Proactively analyze and resolve client concerns.
• Track and escalate fraud-related activity and ensure proper reporting (e.g., UARs).
• Collaborate with global offices to share solutions and best practices.
• Support client service reviews and account maintenance.
• Maintain strong working knowledge of Wells Fargo’s payment and trade products.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in Business Relationship Support, Customer Care, or Financial Services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work CET hours and UK bank holidays.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organization.
• Ability to work independently and in multicultural teams.
• Strong IT skills, especially in MS Office and customer service systems.
• Working knowledge of compliance, fraud, and operational risk frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Italian, French, or Spanish.
• Deep understanding of payment and trade services.
• USD clearing and SWIFT messaging experience.
• Familiarity with Wells Fargo tools: Hogan, Mainframe, PEGA, Intellitracs, etc.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
