Client Experience Specialist Full Time

Position Summary

As a Guest Experience Expert, you play a key role in creating memorable and personalized experiences for our guests. You will go beyond standard check-ins and check-outs by anticipating guest needs, delivering exceptional service, and assisting with operational tasks. This role requires initiative, professionalism, and a hands-on approach to ensure every guest interaction is seamless and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a wide range of services to guide guests throughout their stay.
• Respond to guest requests, resolve concerns, and share local insights.
• Process operational needs, complete reports, and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and confidentiality.
• Maintain a professional appearance, communication, and demeanor at all times.
• Assist with physical tasks such as moving or handling objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
• Perform additional reasonable duties as requested to enhance guest experience.
