The Role

We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our After Sales Team — fully remote and exclusively for UAE Nationals (Emiratis). You’ll be the first point of contact for customers via WhatsApp, ensuring their inquiries, claims, and requests are handled with speed, professionalism, and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming WhatsApp messages from customers related to after-sales services, claims, or general inquiries.
• Maintain a professional and timely communication style in both Arabic and English.
• Gather details about the customer’s concern and coordinate with internal teams for resolution (primarily by phone).
• Track each inquiry and update its status through internal CRM tools.
• Keep the After Sales team informed with accurate updates and progress notes.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and handovers.
• Identify recurring issues and process gaps to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• UAE National (with a valid Family Book) — required for Emiratisation Program.
• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, After Sales, or Call Center environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Tech-savvy and familiar with tools like CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, email/chat platforms.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple customer conversations at once.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work independently and remotely while collaborating with a team.
