Client Acquisition Manager Full Time

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and market expansion efforts in the HR and recruitment services sector. The ideal candidate will bring strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset to drive growth across Dubai and the wider UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition & Management:
• Reach out to prospective clients to understand their recruitment needs
• Schedule and conduct client meetings to present customized HR solutions
• Market Analysis & Strategy:
• Research industry trends and competitor offerings
• Develop and implement business development strategies based on market analysis
• Opportunity Generation:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Promote innovative recruitment and staffing solutions to meet client needs
• Client Relationship Development:
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business
• Collaboration with Management:
• Report regularly to senior management with market insights and performance updates
• Support strategic decision-making with accurate client and competitor feedback
• Industry Networking:
• Represent the company at events, conferences, and networking functions
• Strengthen brand presence and professional relationships within the industry

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development within HR, recruitment, or staffing industry
• Deep knowledge of the HR and recruitment market in Dubai
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
• Experience attending and presenting at industry events
• Must be fluent in Arabic (required)
• Must be currently located in or willing to relocate to Dubai
